Hero MotoCorp XPulse Adventure Bike comes in 200 to 300cc
The Intruder is a LED tail-light, a device console, a gas tank cap and also ABS, none of which are available on the Bajaj Avenger Street 150 it competes with in terms of engine capacity. These features are also absent on the Avenger Street/Cruise 220, though it has to be noted that the Intruder is priced at Rs 98,340 (ex-showroom, Delhi), that can be substantially higher than its rivals from Bajaj.
This engine is mated to some five-speed gearbox and, unlike the most recent addition to the Gixxer range, isn’t equipped with gas injection. While there is no reason to doubt a highway performance, its gas tank will translate to a range that is shorter as compared to. The Intruder is targeted at those seeking a stylish, relaxed weekend bike that could double up as a commuter and its own 740mm seat elevation and kerb weight that was 148kg will definitely contribute to its intent.
In general, it’s a nice alternative for those of you that don’t need any of the current crops of cruisers and want to turn heads.
