There is always a modified Royal Enfield. This time its an Avenger.
For starters, Bajaj Avenger is the most affordable cruiser available in the country today. Royal Enfield and Avenger does little to effect each others sales. Bajaj Avenger might get little competition from upcoming UM Renegade Duty S and Duty Ace. Avenger 220 can be yours for around Rs. 1.25 Lakh on-road. Bajaj Avenger ABS is launched at Rs 1.02 Lakh ex-showroom.
Even though Bajaj has updated the cruiser for 2019, this rendering by SRK design is worth a praise. The front fender is smaller in the concept. Inspired from premium bobber models, the headlight focuses mainly on the character and road presence.
Fuel tanks is same as that of regular road going models. The seat gets its inspiration from Harley Street Bob. Rear Fender is lifted up in order to provide a premium feel for the cruiser. Exhaust end-canister looks completely blend in with the design. The rear disc is pretty huge for puny 16-inch rear wheel.
The front disc could have changed to premium one. USD forks would have done wonders to the concept model. Golden colored gas-canister looks premium as well as side panels under seat is perfectly designed and provides a flawless connection between the fuel tank and read fender.
